Every asset.Every chapter.Connected.
Care Reserve™ Platform is being built to connect asset identity, components, service, maintenance, inspections, measurements, evidence, and history into a persistent technical record.

More time on the asset.
Less time entering data.
Start with the asset—not a blank form.
Technicians and inspectors should spend their time doing skilled work and exercising professional judgment, not reconstructing information the business already knows.
Care Reserve™ Platform is being designed to bring forward the asset’s identity, configuration, component history, prior findings, measurements, and evidence so each visit can begin with useful context.
Capture what’s new. Connect it to what’s already known. Make it useful for whoever works on the asset next.
Care Reserve™
Platform
Persistent Asset Intelligence, built one interaction at a time.
Care Reserve™ Platform is being designed to connect an asset’s identity, configuration, components, service, maintenance, inspections, measurements, and evidence in one evolving record.
Each interaction should add to what is already known—not start the story over.
One asset. An evolving story.
Select a component to explore an illustrative Component Record.

Illustrative interface and representative data—not the current CRP interface. Status badges, readings, manufacturers, and sources are examples, not live data or integration claims.
Motorhome · Front rooftop A/C
Condition documented
Finding, measurement, supporting evidence, and professional attribution stay connected to the component.
Work added in context
Complaint, cause, correction, maintenance activity, measurements, and supporting evidence build on the same record.
The component changes. The history doesn’t.
The replacement receives its own identity while the previous component and the context behind its replacement remain part of the asset’s history.
Conceptual example of the intended record structure.
Know the asset
Keep identity, configuration, installed components, and locations together.
Connect the work
Associate service, maintenance, inspections, findings, measurements, and evidence with the asset and components they describe.
Make the record more useful
Let each professional interaction add context and build useful Asset Intelligence over time.
CRP is in development. These examples describe the intended product direction; pilot scope and availability will be confirmed with participating businesses.
For the professionals who care for complex assets.
Care Reserve™ Platform is being shaped around the real workflows of RV and marine service and inspection professionals—people whose work creates valuable technical knowledge that should remain useful after the job is finished.
RV & Marine Service
Mobile technicians, independent service businesses, service centers, and other professionals responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, repairing, and documenting complex assets.
Inspection Professionals
Inspectors who need to capture structured observations, measurements, evidence, and professional conclusions without rebuilding the asset record every time.
Different workflows. The same underlying asset.
CRP is being designed so service, maintenance, and inspection can contribute to the same evolving body of Asset Intelligence rather than creating disconnected records.
The next visit starts with better context.
For mobile technicians and service centers, CRP is being designed so today’s work begins with what is already known about the asset—not a search through old jobs, photos, invoices, and notes.
Asset configuration, installed components, prior findings, measurements, recommendations, and relevant history can provide context for today’s work.
- Connect complaint, cause, correction, and maintenance activity to the asset and component involved.
- Associate photos, measurements, and evidence with the work they support.
- Preserve component replacements and the history that came before them.
- Keep authorship, provenance, and corrections visible rather than silently overwriting the record.
Persistent knowledge.
Practical technology.
Persistent Logic LLC is building technology around a simple idea:
When professionals inspect, service, maintain, diagnose, or repair an asset, the knowledge they create should not disappear when the job closes.
Our first proving ground is RV service and inspection, where valuable technical information is often scattered across work orders, reports, photos, measurements, notes, and individual experience.
Care Reserve™ Platform is the first expression of that philosophy—designed to turn those disconnected interactions into persistent, evolving knowledge about the asset.

Context before conclusions.
Preserve the asset, component, circumstances, and source behind an observation.
Evidence beside the record.
Keep photos, documents, measurements, and supporting material connected to the work they explain.
History that can evolve.
Allow repairs, replacements, corrections, and new observations to add to the record without erasing what came before.
The goal is not simply to store more information. It is to make the knowledge already being created more useful over time.
Help shape
what comes next.
We’re looking for RV and marine service and inspection professionals who see the same problem we do: valuable knowledge is created every day, but too much of it becomes fragmented, duplicated, or lost after the work is complete.
Care Reserve™ Platform is being developed around real field workflows. As CRP progresses, selected pilot participants will help us understand where existing systems create friction, what information professionals need at the point of work, and how a persistent asset record can make the next interaction better.
You don’t need to be ready to change systems. You just need to be interested in a better way to preserve and use what your team already knows.
“We’re looking for more than software feedback. We’re looking for professionals who can show us where information gets lost, repeated, or disconnected in the real work.”

01Tell us how you work
Share your service, maintenance, or inspection workflow and where information gets lost or repeated.
02Explore the fit
Discuss whether CRP’s direction aligns with the problems your business is trying to solve.
03Consider a pilot
If the fit is right, explore participation as CRP reaches the appropriate stage of development.
Expressing interest is not a purchase or commitment. Pilot timing, capabilities, participation requirements, and terms will be discussed separately.
Before we
start talking.
Is Care Reserve™ Platform available to purchase today?
Not yet. CRP is currently in development and will first be validated through controlled real-world use and selected pilot relationships. We’re inviting interested businesses and industry professionals to start conversations now so future pilot participation can be based on fit, readiness, and actual workflow needs.
How is CRP different from field-service or inspection software?
Most operational systems are built around the job, appointment, invoice, or report. Care Reserve™ Platform is being built around the asset—preserving its identity, components, service, maintenance, inspections, measurements, evidence, and history so each interaction can build on what is already known.
CRP is not intended simply to replace scheduling, invoicing, CRM, or other systems businesses already use. The initial product direction is deliberately focused on durable Asset knowledge.
Who should express pilot interest?
RV and marine service businesses, mobile technicians, service centers, and inspection professionals who see value in preserving better Asset history and reducing repetitive documentation are the primary audience for early CRP conversations.
We also welcome conversations with training organizations and industry groups interested in how better structured records, inspection workflows, and long-term Asset Intelligence could support the professionals they serve.
What does expressing interest commit us to?
Nothing. Expressing interest starts a conversation. It does not create a purchase obligation, software subscription, pilot commitment, or exclusivity arrangement.
If CRP reaches a development stage that fits your organization, pilot scope, timing, requirements, and terms would be discussed separately before either party commits.
Will service and inspection capabilities arrive together?
CRP is being architected around a shared Asset record, but service and inspection workflows may mature at different stages.
The important principle is that they are not being designed as isolated information silos. Service, maintenance, and inspection can ultimately contribute different kinds of professional knowledge to the same evolving Asset history.
Does CRP require us to replace the systems we already use?
Not as a starting assumption. CRP is being designed to focus on the Asset knowledge that often becomes fragmented across existing operational systems, reports, photos, notes, and individual experience.
The early product philosophy is to integrate before replacing where practical, rather than forcing businesses to abandon useful systems before CRP has proven its value.
